Subdivision Construction

Rayne's Sand & Gravel, Inc. takes pride in the many residential and commercial subdivisions that have been constructed in Worcester County. We have built several miles of roads that have become part of the Worcester County Roads network. We have a strong working relationship with the Worcester County Roads Division and their personnel know what to expect from us.

Our signature project would be Indian Creek, off of South Point Road in Berlin, Maryland. This project consisted of several decorative stormwater management ponds along with rolling landscaping mounds with beautiful vistas of Newport Bay and the surrounding marches. This subdivision is the location of multiple large estate lots and is one of the signature communities in the area.
